Why we did not build a trainer marketplace
Marketplaces reward cheapest-slot winners. Corporate learning is the opposite problem: you want the right expert for a specific context, reviewed before listing and rated by the clients they deliver for. Inn was built around that dynamic.

Not a rate-cutting bidding site
Experts do not underbid each other for work. Client ratings and each expert's own published prices do the differentiation.
Not a reseller of certifications
We do not issue our own qualifications or credentials. Experts bring the credentials they earned elsewhere; we verify them.
Not an à-la-carte add-on for organisations
An organisation can't buy Inn on its own — every ColPort Hall seat includes full Inn access, so booking always goes through Hall. Independent trainers are the other side of the network: they sign up to Inn directly and never need to run an LMS.
Not a replacement for your HR function
Inn helps HR and L&D, it does not do their job. The facilitator role is deliberately light-touch.
