Accreditation
Trade-register verified (KvK in NL, CBE in BE, Companies House in UK, equivalent elsewhere). Industry-body credentials cross-checked where present (NOBTRA, CPT, CPLP, ATD, BPS, or sector-specific).
Verified expert network
Experts who arrive knowing your team
Formatori, coach e specialisti: ogni profilo viene verificato prima della pubblicazione ed è valutato solo dai clienti per cui si è tenuta una sessione. Inn è una rete selezionata.
What makes an expert Inn-listed
Verification is a high bar
Experts reach the public directory after three checks: trade-register accreditation, insurance, and a ColPort review. The clients who book them rate each session they deliver.
Insurance
Professional liability insurance confirmed.
ColPort review
A ColPort reviewer approves every listing before it goes live. No self-signalling badges that existing marketplaces hand out to anyone with a credit card.
Client ratings
Each rating comes from the client who booked the session, once it has been delivered.
For HR buyers
How booking works
- 1Your admin opens the expert directory, on Inn or inside Hall.
- 2Filter by specialism, language, country and delivery mode. Each profile shows the expert's courses, paths and client ratings.
- 3Your admin requests a session, and the expert confirms it.
- 4The session is delivered. Everyone who checked in gets a certificate in Hall, and your admin rates the session.
What every Inn expert signs up to
The standards behind every listing
Placement is never for sale
No promoted listings. The directory is ordered by client ratings.
Contracted to teach
Inn experts are booked for the session itself. Any follow-up work goes through ColPort.
Bound by a data agreement
Every expert signs ColPort's data-processing agreement before they can be booked.
Rated after every session
Once a session is delivered, the client who booked it rates it, and those ratings order the directory.
